Terms of service 1 to 7 guests

Dear guest,

Thank you for booking with us. We kindly ask you to read the reservation policy thoroughly as you automatically accept the following terms and conditions when booking.

PAYMENT

We are a CASH-FREE restaurant but accept most credit- or debit cards. Regarding the possibility of splitting the bill, this is done on a maximum of four transactions.

DURATION AND DELAYS

Your table IS BOOKED FOR 2 HOURS starting from the confirmed reservation time (3hrs for a 7-course menu).
1hr 30 minutes for Bar

We kindly ask you to notify us of any delays.

We cannot guarantee an extension of the reservation in case of delays.

Unnoticed delays of more than 20 minutes will result in an automatic cancellation and your table will be given to someone on our waiting list.

KIDS

Kids are most welcome to come along, but we must inform you that we don't count with special chairs for kids.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your reservation through your confirmation email up until 24 hrs before your reservation.

NO SHOW CONDITIONS

Please note that a valid credit card is necessary to guarantee your reservation. In the case of a late cancellation or a no-show the restaurant reserves the right to deduct a no-show fee per guest.

PRE-PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Please note that all sales are final and we do not issue refunds. Should you need to reschedule your reservation, your prepayment can be converted into a gift card if this is requested at least 5 days before the reservation.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AND ALLERGIES

Please note any dietary restrictions or allergies of your or your fellow diners before confirming your reservation on the next page. We cannot guarantee to accommodate allergies specified less than 24 hours before your reservations. Unreported dietary restrictions or allergies can be incurred in the reduction of the menu for the specific guest if we have no ingredients to handle the unnoticed allergies but the price to pay will remain as usual.

FOR LARGE GROUPS

For reservations of 8 people or more we only serve our fixed menu that is considered for the entirety of the party.

For parties of 8 guests or more, we cannot guarantee that you will be placed at one combined table. However, you will always be placed right next to each other.

Terms of service 8 guest or more “GROUPS”

We kindly ask you to thoroughly read the PRIVATE PARTYS AND GROUPS reservation policy as you automatically accept the following terms and conditions when booking.

PAYMENT

We are a CASH-FREE restaurant but accept most credit- or debit cards. Regarding the possibility of splitting the bill, this is done on a maximum of four transactions.

DURATION AND DELAYS

Your table IS BOOKED FOR 2 HOURS starting from the confirmed reservation time (3hrs for a 7-course menu).

If you are renting the entire restaurant your event has a duration upon agreement starting from the confirmed reservation time and It must end latest at 23:00.

We kindly ask you to notify us of any delays.

KIDS

Kids are most welcome to come along, but we must inform you that we don't count with special chairs for kids.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your reservation by contacting us by email or phone 4 days before your reservation. For groups larger than 20 guests we ask 10 days in advance.

NO SHOW CONDITIONS

Please note that a valid credit card is necessary to guarantee your reservation. In the case of a late cancellation or a no-show, the restaurant reserves the right to deduct a no-show fee per guest or keep the full amount of the deposit.

PRE-PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & MINIMUNN SPEND

Please note that all sales are final and we do not issue refunds. Should you need to reschedule your reservation, your prepayment can be converted into a gift card if this is requested at least 10 days before the reservation. Depending on every group sometimes a minimum spend will be required upon agreement, if on the day of the event/dinner if some guests don’t show up the minimum spend will remain as per the agreement.

Unreported dietary restrictions or allergies can be incurred in the reduction of the menu for the specific guest if we have no ingredients to handle the unnoticed allergies but the price to pay will remain as usual.

DEPOSIT

Please note that for groups that will have the restaurant close for themselves, it is an 800 SEK deposit (or agreement) per person to be paid at the moment of booking. This amount of course will be deducted from the final bill.
